Unlike Rush Limbaugh, I don't find hunger very funny. Although it might be funny if someone like Saddam starved to death.
I have long been a supporter of third parties but I believe the ballot access limitations are good for the electoral process. In this year's race for governor in New York there were eight candidates on the ballot. Unlike some third party upporters, I believe too many candidates on the ballot can be bad for democracy. Some ballot access restrictions are neccessary and in some cases should be increased.
R Kelly was arrested on child porn charges in Miami today. R Kelly's lawyer claimed the Florida DA was just "piling on" trying to take advantage of the celebrity crime. Whether or not the Florida DA is piling on this can't look good for R Kelly.

Anyone who believes that Roe V. Wade would be overturned by a conservative supreme court is not being objective. The Supreme Court would be seen as making decision on a political whim and not the law if they overturned Roe v Wade. No one on the Supreme Court is willing to give up the large power and respect that the court has.
